The hotel was conveniently located near the popular tourist attraction, Alton Towers, making it a great choice for families visiting the theme park. The family room provided ample space and the abundance of tea, coffee, and biscuits was a nice touch. the full English breakfast was cooked to order and satisfying.
Our arrival was overshadowed by a busy party at the pub, resulting in a lack of attention from the staff. the absence of available seating in the restaurant due to the function made it difficult for us to dine there.

The hotel was conveniently located near a popular tourist spot, making it easy to access. the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing with dirty and cobweb-filled rooms. the bathroom was in poor condition with mold and hairs.

The location of the inn was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding forests of the Churnet Valley from the little beer garden at the back. the staff were friendly and the pub had a clean and fresh atmosphere. the food was delicious and reasonably priced. the pub had a pool table and a darts board for entertainment.
The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired.
